Return Policy
8 questionsYes. Eligible items can be returned within 3 to 5 business days after delivery, as long as the item is unused, in original packaging and matches the delivered condition.
Items like underwear, custom-made products, food items, software licenses, and items marked “non-returnable” cannot be returned.
Once the item is picked up and inspected, return verification takes 24 to 48 hours. Refunds are released immediately after approval.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a free return and full refund.
No. Ajaro covers all return shipping costs for eligible returns.
